摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the utilization of the number of power accumulating devices corresponding to the elevator capacity without restriction, by solving the problem that sufficient electric power can not be charged and discharged because conventionally there is a limit for the number of batteries connected in series. <P>SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a direct current bus-bar connecting a converter 2 and an inverter 4, a controller 20 which determines starting and stopping of an elevator, and creates the instruction of the position and the speed, an inverter control circuit 21 which controls the position and the speed of the elevator by rotating an electric motor 5 with an electric current return from a current detection device 19 and a speed return from an encoder 18, a required electric power operation circuit 25 which calculates the required power for the elevator, and a plurality of power accumulating devices 13A which is connected in parallel between the direct current bus-bars, accumulates the direct electric power from the direct current bus-bar at the time of regeneration operation of the elevator based on the signal from the required electric power operation circuit, and supplies the accumulated direct electric power at the time of powering operation to the direct current bus-bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
