<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally store and control various books produced in relation to construction of plants by means of a computer device. <P>SOLUTION: This book control system is composed of a computer device 1 and a plurality of terminal devices 2 connected to it through a communication line T. A memory means 8 of the computer device 1 has a register of books and a storage range for book data. In the register, data file names of the books to be registered are stored as registration numbers related to names of plants and book issuing sources.
