摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type biochemical reaction apparatus capable of generating a hybridization reaction efficiently and uniformly. SOLUTION: A plate member 5 where a passage 6 for circulating a sample solution, an inflow port 7, an outflow port 8 and a projection 9 for straightening are formed, and a plate member 7 where a recessed part 3 for holding a probe substrate 1 is formed are bonded in piles to form an aggregate, and the aggregate is arranged in a tilted state against a horizontal plane so that the inflow port 7 is positioned on the lower side of the outflow port 8. The sample solution is fed from the inflow port 7, injected into the passage, and circulated. Thus, the signal intensity is enhanced, and a reaction time is shortened by improvement of the reaction efficiency by circulation.
