摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat flux gauge that can offer an accurate measured value through a rigid structure and an appropriately formed heat radiation part, a manufacturing method thereof, and an assembly jig therefor. SOLUTION: The heat flux gauge comprises: a hollow cylindrical body 2 provided with a receiving space 22 in the center, and a foil insertion hole 21 bored in the bottom center; disklike foil 1 defined by a heat absorption surface 1a for absorbing heat, an inner surface 1b formed behind the heat absorption surface 1a, and a heat radiation side surface 1c connected to the heat absorption surface 1a and the inner surface 1b to radiate heat, and formed so that the inner surface 1b faces the receiving space 22 and that the heat radiation side surface 1c abuts a side surface of the foil insertion hole 21; a foil side lead wire 3 connected to the center of the inner surface 1b of the foil 1; a body side lead wire 4 connected to one side of a sidewall of the hollow cylindrical body 2; and a filler 5 filling the receiving space 22.
