PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lame-tone or metallic tone resin exhibiting excellent external appearances, and a molded article. SOLUTION: The decorative resin comprises a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft copolymerizing a vinyl monomer or a mixture thereof to a rubbery polymer (a), a vinyl copolymer (B) obtained by copolymerizing at least two kinds of vinyl monomers, at least one pigment (C) selected from the group consisting of carbon black, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, alumina, iron black and titanium black, and a particle (D) having metallic gloss, and gives a HAZE value of 15-80 at a thickness of 2.5 mm.
