PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wheel stop block to be set from being forgot when a vehicle is stopped. SOLUTION: A side brake switch 32 (vehicle-stop detecting means), an alarm lamp 36, an alarm buzzer 35 (alarming means), and a containment detecting switch 31 (containment detecting means) are connected in series in order between a battery 37 (electric power source) of the vehicle and an earth thereof. When a driver stops the vehicle and sets a side brake 15, not only the detecting switch 31 but also the side brake switch 32 are turned on, and the alarm buzzer 35 and the alarm lamp 36 receive current supply from the battery 37 to issue alarms. Attention of the driver is called to install the wheel stop block 20 by flickering of the alarm lamp 3 in a driver's seat. The same attention is called by an alarm sound from the alarm buzzer 35 even when the driver is apart from the seat. The wheel stop block 20 to be set is prevented thereby from being forgot.
