PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a failure of appearance such as strain deformation and meandering even if a resin part is expanded/shrunk by variation of an environment temperature and to ensure a mounting workability to the panel well. SOLUTION: A mounting point A at one end in the longitudinal direction of a rear pillar garnish 10 is tightly fixed to the panel 20 and mounting points B, C at the other end are mounted to the panel through a resin clip 50 attached to a clip seat 40. In a clip engagement hole 44 of this clip seat 40, an initial mounting reference hole 44a is sectioned/formed at a center and absorption holes 44b, 44c are sectioned/formed at both sides thereof by a projection 45. The resin clip 50 is retained in the initial mounting reference hole 44a to realize certain mounting to the panel 20. When an expansion/shrinkage stress is applied to the rear pillar garnish 10 by variation of the environment temperature, the resin clip 50 is transferred from the initial mounting reference hole 44a to any one of distortion absorption holes 44b, 44c at both sides.
