<p>A portable terminal device having a front case (1) slidable relative to a rear side case (4) capable of solving such problems that grooves appear on an appearance when the case is fully slid for opening to lower a quality and deteriorate the sealability of the case thus allowing entry of dirt and dust into the grooves, wherein projected parts (7) of generally T-shape in cross section are installed on the front case (1), guide groove frames (8) are installed on the rear case (4) so as to surround the projected parts (7), and the movable routes of the projected parts (7) are formed in the guide groove frames (8), and the projected parts (7) and the guide frames (8) are disposed so that, when the projected parts (7) are positioned at both ends of the guide groove frames (8), the entire groove areas of the guide groove frames (8) come within the area of the front case (1) opposed to the guide groove frames (8), whereby even when the case is closed or slid to open, the grooves do not appear on the appearance, and the entry of dirt and dust into the grooves can be suppressed to increase the sealability of the case.</p> |
