The cleaner has a body with a wheel placed at a lower portion and a suction port (23) through which contaminants are drawn-in. An air circulating mechanism filters contaminants from contaminant-laden air drawn in through the suction port and jets the contaminant-free air to an air jet opening for scattering contaminant off a cleaning surface. A sealing component (40) seals the area between the cleaning surface and the body.
