<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflector in which high reflectance is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The light reflector 1 has a first reflection layer 12 formed on one surface of a transparent substrate 11 consisting of a PET film and has a second reflection layer 13 formed on the other surface of the transparent substrate 11. In the reflector 1, the surface 12a of the first reflection layer 12 is used as a reflecting face R. The first reflection layer 12 is formed by vapor deposition of aluminum and the second reflection layer 13 is formed by screen printing using mirror ink containing aluminum foil chips. The light reflector 1 is produced by manufacturing a reflection sheet 14 having the first reflection layer 12 preliminarily deposited on one surface of the transparent substrate 11 and then printing the other face of the reflection sheet 14 with the mirror ink to form the second reflection layer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
