<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease manufacturing man-hours (lead time) for an electromagnetic clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic clutch 100 is assembled by respectively assembling a hub 110, a rotor 120, an armature 140 or the like after applied running-in processing on a friction surface 140c of the armature 140. Thus, it is not necessary to get on and off the electromagnetic clutch 100 to a running-in operation device 200 after completing belt hooking works and assembling works for heavy weighted components. Accordingly, since work loads of operators are reduced, manufacturing man-hours (lead time) of the electromagnetic clutch 100 are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
