<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraregional guidance system for allowing users to efficiently observe a plurality of predetermined intraregional premises as much as possible within a predetermined time. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 20 transmits data of a plurality of attractions, their priorities and a current location to a center apparatus 10. The center apparatus 10 calculates a movement time from a departure point to the attraction based on a current date, etc., and the data from the user terminal 20, estimates a wait time of the attraction at the time and a required time at a time of entrance into the attraction, and selects two top ranks of paths for allowing the user to early leave the attraction. This selection operation is repeated until the number of the inputted attractions is attained, or the selectable paths cannot be found as a phase is sequentially elevated.
