PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker wherein an ordinary cooking mode is surely executed on a buyer side without changing to a store demonstration mode, and the demonstration mode is simply executed on a seller side. SOLUTION: This heating cooker is provided with: a body storing a cooking object and having an operation part 10, heating means 6 and 7; a control device 16 selecting and executing either of the ordinary cooking mode controlling the heating means 6 and 7 based on information of the operation part 10 and performing heat cooking or the store demonstration mode prohibiting the control of the heating means 6 and 7 and performing demonstration heat cooking; and a storage means 17 storing the selection frequency of the ordinary cooking mode. When the selection frequency of the storage means 17 is set frequency or more, the control means 16 executes the ordinary cooking mode without any selection of the ordinary cooking mode.
