PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor unit efficiently assembling a floor section for a unit residence rapidly by taking sleepers into a unit. SOLUTION: In the floor units 10 for the unit residence constructed by assembling a plurality of previously formed units for a building on a construction field, the unit 10 is composed of peripheral floor joist members 12 arranged to the four side sections of a region partitioned by a building foundation and disposed in upright and installed from pedestal members 11 placed on the top end faces of the building foundation, internal floor joist members 12 mounted by supporting both ends to a pair of the peripheral floor joist members 12a and 12a, sleeper members 14 secured in the direction crossing with the internal floor joist members 12 and floor post members 15 supporting the sleeper members 14. The sleeper members 14 are rolled at approximately 90°in the opposite direction from the state in which the sleeper members 14 are rolled at approximately 90°and the floor post members 15 are placed along the internal floor joist members 12, and the sleeper members 14 are supported from a foundation ground 26 by the floor post members 15.
