PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring member transfer device capable of achieving space saving and favorable work efficiency and securely transferring a ring member to a carriage. SOLUTION: This ring member transfer device is provided with a center post 1 that is rotatable around a vertical axis C, a hanger member 2 comprising horizontally protruded overhang arms 3 for hanging a plurality of ring members to be detachably attached to the center post 1, a carriage 4 having a plurality of horizontally protruded receiving rods 5, and a moving mechanism 6 to remove the hanger member 2 from the center post 1 to be moved toward the carriage 4. The hanger member 2 rotated and carried by the center post 1 to a prescribed takeout position A is taken from the center post 1 by the moving mechanism 6, and the ring member is transferred to the receiving rod 5 of the carriage 4 by three-axial movement.
