<p>Provided are bispecific molecules that are characterized by having at least a first binding domain which binds T-cell immune response cDNA 7 (TIRC7) and a second binding domain which binds HLA-(Human Leukocyte associated Antigen); and optionally comprising further functional domains. Furthermore, compositions comprising said bispecific molecules and their use in methods of diagnosis and treating immune response related and other diseases including tumors are described.</p> |
