PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily uniformise a distance between metallic members. SOLUTION: A pair of projection parts 39a of height X and a pair of projection parts 39b of height X are formed on the first metallic member 31 and the second metallic member 32, respectively, using press working. The projection parts 39a and 39b are formed on the first metallic member 31 and the second metallic member 32 to be ejected in the same direction when the metallic member 31 and 32 are alternated. The distance H between the metallic member 31 and 32 is equal to the sum of the height X of the projection parts 39a and 39b and a thickness Y of an insulating sheet 40. Therefore, by alternating the metallic members 31 and 32 and inserting the insulating sheet 40 therebetween, the projection parts 39a and 39b is brought into contact with the insulating sheet 40, thereby obtaining the distance of H between the metallic members 31 and 32. Since the projection parts 39a and 39b support the space between the between the metallic members 31 and 32, the distance H between the metallic members 31 and 32 is easily uniformised only by alternating the metallic members 31 and 32.
