PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain energy saving by dissolving problems of both air flow system and double skin structure. SOLUTION: In the curtain wall of a double window, the insides of a lower frame 11 and an upper frame 12 communicate with the inside of the double window. Indoor side ventilation openings 41 and 42, and outdoor side ventilation openings 61 and 62 are provided in the lower frame 11 and the upper frame 12. One of the indoor side ventilation openings or the outdoor side ventilation openings is selected to be closed in the insides of the lower frame 11 and the upper frame 12, and changeover doors 13 and 17 communicating with the inside of the double window at the other are provided.
