PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method without requiring construction work for temporary scaffolding, for the range of the outside of a building that is out of reach and usually requires construction work for temporary scaffolding. SOLUTION: A working table 2 is mounted to a ladder 1 formed in the shape of an inverted U. An operator climbs up the ladder 1 with his body supported against handrail bars 3, then descends to the opposite side of the ladder 1, and stands or sits on the working table 2 to do repair work. For safety, the working table is surrounded by a safety fence 4 and the ladder 1 is unmovably secured to a handrail of the building with fixtures 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
