PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocked laminating body which has an excellent mechanical strength, can easily and quickly be manufactured, and has a huge storage space for rain water or the like; and whose width, depth and length can freely be changed thereby providing the laminated layers which can easily follow the differences in plane area and volume. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of irregularity plates 20 has a stripe of recessed portion 22 and projected portion 21 and contains a diagonal portion at least in one direction relative to the outer shape of the irregularity board 20. A plurality of the irregularity boards 20 are sequentially laminated in such a manner that the neighboring irregularity boards 20 are crossed respectively in opposite surfaces and are mutually jointed at the contact portions 23 of the projected portions 21.
