PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 'a vehicle' moving to just beside and rotating on the spot even in 'a vehicle' of new concept = usual wheelchair, for solving the problem that although spreading of an electric vehicle is a need of a global scale but 'a vehicle' which exceeds a present automobile loaded with an internal combustion engine is not realized. SOLUTION: In the electric mini-car, a bottom plate 3 is mounted to a vertically liftable lifting lift 2 and at the bottom plate 3, a subsidiary driving wheel motor 13 connected to a subsidiary driving wheel 9 mounted perpendicular (90°) to the main driving wheel 10 of the electric mini-car through a speed- reducer (not shown) is rotated in a normal/reverse direction.
