VEHICULAR ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MEMBER, ELECTRIC REMOVING SHIELD WITH DISCHARGE MEMBER AND INLET BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electric discharge member capable of discharging static electricity charged at an inserted item, an electric removing shield using the electric discharge member and an inlet box before the inserted item into the inlet box approaches a lid member preventing a filler neck. SOLUTION: A vehicular electric discharge member 35 is arranged within an inlet box 3 to which a filler neck 4 having a fuel cap 41 protrudes. The vehicular electric discharge member 35 electrically discharges static electricity charged at an inserted item inserted into the inlet box 3 before the inserted item approaches the fuel cap 41. The vehicular electric discharge member 35 of the present invention does not require any application of electrical conductivity to a fuel lid 1. Thus, a manufacturing cost of the fuel lid 1 becomes low. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
