<p>It is possible to provide an information enquiry communication method that can easily be used by a user by using an IP network such as the Internet. The method has a benefit of a telephone that response can be promptly obtained for an enquiry and has no danger of ill-usage of a telephone number. The information enquiry communication method is realized as follows. When a user station selects an information enquiry destination ID correlated to an information enquiry destination in the information enquiry destination database of a host station, the host station notifies this information enquiry destination ID together with a telephone connection server address to the user stations. The user station connects to the telephone connection server notified from the host station and notifies this information enquiry destination ID. Then, the telephone connection server uses its telephone number database to connect the user station to a telephone device of the telephone number correlated to the information enquiry destination ID.</p> |
