<p>A device (8, 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100) for carrying mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices (10). The first attachment/detachment portion (12) has hook and loop, or double loop material formed thereon. A second attachment/detachment portion (16, 42, 54, 68, 76, 94) has a second engagement portion (14, 46, 104) that is attachably detachable to the first engagement portion (12), and further include a first fastener (18, 44, 92).
