The fitting consists of T-profile parts (1,2), each with a first section (1.1,1.2) and a second section (1.2,2.2) at an angle to it. Each section has a section (3) with a reduced diameter, and these sections engage into each other when the parts are laid. When in position, the pipe ends are offset relative to each other. At least one end of the T-sections is stepped with different diameters. The profiles are single injection-molded plastic parts, or are of metal.
