<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply confirm, on a map, a place corresponding to an image. <P>SOLUTION: When a user U<SB>1</SB>presses an imaging button at a personal digital assistant (PDA) 1<SB>1</SB>, a processing part 16 stores static image data imaged by an imaging part 10 so as to be accompanied by positional data detected by a present-position detection part 11. When static image data imaged recently by the PDA 1<SB>1</SB>is transmitted to a user U<SB>2</SB>together with mail, it is received by a communication part 13 at a PDA 1<SB>2</SB>so as to be stored in a storage part 14 by the processing part 16. When desired reception mail is selected and operated at the PDA 1<SB>2</SB>, the processing part 16 displays a content of reception main data on a display 12 together with a static image. When a map request is operated, the processing part 16 controls the communication part 13, it issues to a map information downloading device 4 the map request in which the positional data corresponding to the static image being displayed is used as position coordinates to be taken notice, and it displays, on the display 12, the map with a position mark to be taken notice on the basis of answered map information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
