<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery driven thermal print system or a terminal incorporating it in which the effect of voltage drop of a battery power supply is eliminated or lessened. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal print system comprises a printer unit 12 performing thermal print operation, a printer control circuit 13 for controlling the operation of the printer unit, a battery power supply 17 for supplying the operating power, and a temperature sensor 16 for detecting the ambient temperature.
