PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve costs, size, complexity, delivered ink (usage extensibility), packing density, air management, number of inks, durability of printing head and user intervention rate in a printer. SOLUTION: A printing head assembly (PHA) (50) is used with a supply source conformable to it. The printing head assembly (50) includes a PHA body structure set at a movable carriage (144) of a printing system, an air fluid separator structure (76), an air vent region (78) which communicates with the separator structure, the printing head (92), a fluid plenum (94) which fluidally communicates with the printing head and the air fluid separator structure, a PHA free fluid reservoir (60), a fluid re-circulation path (61) arranged in the PHA body structure to pass the separator structure, the plenum and the free fluid reservoir, a pump structure (64) supported by the PHA body structure for re-circulating a fluid to the re-circulation path during a pump mode, and a PHA fluid interconnection part (52).
