摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detector position adjustment mechanism whose structure is simple and manufacturing cost is low. SOLUTION: In a detection structure, a scale 4 is arranged on either a measuring device body 3 or a movable table 2 which can be moved to the device body 3, and a detection bracket 6 of a detector 8 for detecting the scale 4 is attached on the other side of the device body 3 and the movable table 2. Penetrating holes 9L, 9R into which a pair of fixing bolts 5L, 5R can be inserted are formed on the detection bracket 6, and corresponding screw holes 10 are formed on either the device body 3 or the movable table 2, respectively, on which the detection bracket 6 is attached. An adjustment hole 11 is formed into which an adjustment screw 12 can be screwed. The adjustment screw 12 can abut against a peripheral surface of the corresponding fixing bolt 5R, facing the one penetrating hole 9R whose diameter is made greater sufficiently than outer diameters of the fixing bolts 5L, 5R.
