PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making pipe body embracing metal support having a superior structure capable of wedging a drive-in rod fastened and installed by being driven in once so as not to easily fall off by forming a slip- out preventive locking projection part between a groove part by carving the groove part on the drive-in rod, endurable for use over a long period by holding locking force to extremely strong extraction so as not to cause looseness in the drive-in rod and a wall by a change with the lapse of time, easy in manufacture, and reducing a manufacturing cost by extremely simple work such as carving the groove part. SOLUTION: In this pipe body embracing metal support, mutual one end parts of a pair of embracing half bodies of an almost semicircular arc shape are pivotally attached, mutual other end parts are lockably and connectably arranged, an embracing band body is constituted for embracing a pipe body such as a vertical gutter and a conduit, and the drive-in rod to be driven, fastened, and installed in a fastening part such as wall is projected on this embracing band body. The pipe body embracing metal support forms the slip-out preventive locking projection part between this groove part by carving the groove part on the drive-in rod. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
