PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adjust the size of a case capable of corresponding to the size of the installation space. SOLUTION: A case 14 fixed in a freely detachable manner at the upper side of the rear portion 12 and extended in a width direction of the water closet, a toilet seat 94 attached to the case 14 with a hinge, a washing mechanism 60 for the private parts, and an operation portion 24 operating the washing mechanism 60 for the human body are provided and, at the one side of the case 14, an extended portion 16 is set in a freely fixable manner.
