PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column joint structure of a building having a composite structure, which brings about labor savings in site work and a reduction in construction period by saving labor for site welding, and clarifies stress analysis for a joint so as to enable the rational design of the joint, by smoothing stress transfer between a column and a beam. SOLUTION: The column 2 having a concrete filled tubular steel (CFT) structure are arranged on the upside and downside of a joint metal 1, respectively. A plurality of jointing reinforcements 3 are arranged between the joint metal 1 and the upper and lower columns 2 and 2 by being vertically passed through the joint metal 1. The joint metal 1 is formed of upper and lower diaphragms 1a and 1a which are installed by being horizontally passed through a joint A at a prescribed interval in a vertical direction, panel metals 1b which are installed between the diaphragms 1a and 1a, and joint plates 1c which are protrusively provided in respective side parts of the panel metals 1b. The inside of the panel metal 1b of the joint metal 1 and the insides of steel pipes 2a and 2a of the columns 2 and 2 are continuously filled with concrete 4.
