PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which can easily be peeled from an adherend and thereby separated and recovered from the adherend, after adhered to the adherend, and to provide an adhesive sheet from which parts can easily be peeled, when applied as a carrier sheet. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer 4 to a sheet-like substrate 2 through a foamable layer 3 such as a patterned foamable sheet. The adhesive force of the adhesive layer is exhibited in a state adhered to an adherend. When the foamable layer 3 is foamed thermally or the like, dents and protrusions 5 are formed on the surface of the adhesive layer 4, and spaces are thereby formed between the adhesive layer 4 and the adherend to lower the adhesive force, thus facilitating the peeling of the adherend.
