PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water dispersible blocked polyisocyanate composition which excels in dispersibility in water and the compatibility with an aqueous resin having an active hydrogen-containing group, and an aqueous curable composition which contains the water dispersible blocked polyisocyanate composition and an aqueous resin having an active hydrogen-containing group, and excels in external appearance, curability, water resistance, and durability. SOLUTION: The water dispersible blocked polyisocyanate composition comprises (A) a blocked polyisocyanate and (B) a vinyl polymer having a nonionic group and a blocked isocyanate group.
