PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of damp air on a concrete wall with simple structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate support members 34 having projections 34a are disposed on the internal wall surface of the concrete wall 14 erected on a concrete base 8. A decorative plate 40 is stuck to the projections 34a of the plate support members 34, and an air layer 46 is formed on the side, facing the internal wall surface of the concrete wall 14, of the decorative plate 40. The projection 34a of the plate support member 34 is provided with an air hole 36 so that the air layer 46 can freely move in a space between the decorative plate 40 and the concrete internal wall surface. Further, a plurality of plate support members 34 having the projections 34a are disposed on the upper face of the concrete base 8, and flooring 38 of plate shape is stuck to the projections 34a of the plate support members 34. An air layer 46 is formed on the side, facing the internal wall surface of the concrete base 8, of the flooring 38. The air layer 46 can freely move in a space between the flooring 38 and the upper face of the concrete base 8 through the air hole 36 provided in the projection 34a of the plate support member 34. The air layer 46 abutting on the decorative plate 40, and the air layer 46 abutting on the flooring communicate with each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
