The invention concerns ski boots comprising a rigid shell (2, 3) made of plastic material wherein is inserted an inner comfort element, the rigid shell consisting of a collar fixed on a shell sock. The boot comprises means imparting flexibility (9, 13, 17, 32) located in the outer surface of the boot and comprising a plurality of recesses (13) provided in the rigid shell. The recesses are arranged in the ankle joint zone, in the lower part of the outer surface of the shell sock, and on the outer surface of the collar.
