<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a seat belt winder for maintaining tension of a seat belt after winding the seat belt by a motor, and quickly pulling out the seat belt after releasing emergency. <P>SOLUTION: When turning on a vehicle abnormal state detecting signal, the motor 8 rotates at a high speed by imparting a maximum current for a sufficient time for removing looseness of the seat belt, and absorbs the looseness of the seat belt. Then, a low current is made to flow in the normal rotation direction to the motor, and prescribed tension is held so as not to loosen the seat belt. When releasing the vehicle abnormal state detecting signal, the motor is inversely rotated for t2. Thus, a spool is separated from joining with the motor, and does not receive force other than winding force by a spring in a spiral spring unit 7, so that the seat belt can be pulled out easily. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
