PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, resistance against deterioration by discharge and resistance against cracks and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having not only high sensitivity but stable characteristics for repeated use. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on a conductive supporting body, the photosensitive layer contains a high molecular weight charge transfer substance having a specified repeating structural unit and a low molecular weight charge transfer substance having the molecular weight of≥300 and≤600.
