PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest capable of reducing the fatigue or pain of a user sitting on a chair for a long period of time by making the user sit on the chair in a good posture and helpful in solving a problem such as deformation of bones of the user generated over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The footrest is inclined so that the toe side is higher, and the angle of inclination is fixed.
