A sheet for printing containing at least one recording layer comprised of a microporous film being made from a thermoplastic resin and having micropores, characterized in that above micropores are formed by a three-dimensional network structure comprising trunk fibrils extending in one direction of the film and branch fibrils connecting the trunk fibrils, and the branch fibrils are formed in a density higher than that of the trunk fibrils. The sheet for printing has improved ink-receiving property (absorbing characteristics and drying characteristics) as compared to a conventional sheet, and thus can be suitably used in various methods of printing.
