A distortion compensation amplifier by a digital predistortor method comprising an adder for adding a first digital signal and a correction signal, a digital/analog converter for converting the output signal of the adder into a first analog signal in synchronism with a first clock, a first amplifier for amplifying the first analog signal with a first gain, a second amplifier for amplifying the input signal originated from the output signal of the first amplifier to the input level of the input signal of the first amplifier, an analog/digital converter for converting the signal originated from the output signal of the second amplifier into a second digital signal in synchronism with a second clock, a first delay circuit for delaying the first clock for the time from the input of the signal into the digital/analog converter until the feedback to the analog/digital converter via the first and second amplifiers so as to output the second clock, a second delay circuit for delaying the first digital signal so as to output a third digital signal, and a comparator for outputting a differential signal of the second and third digital signals as a correction signal.
