The nailing machine (1) has nailing grippers (P) supported by the gripper holding beams (8,9,10) which are movable in a vertical plane in a controlled manner. The central gripper holding beam among the gripper holding beams is supported by an upright, while the remaining gripper holding beams can be adjusted with respect to a workpiece (16). Nail bins (3,4,5) supply the nails to the nailing grippers.
