PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of umbrella using heat transfer which improves workability and productivity, seeks convenience of cutting, reduces manufacturing cost, creates various designs and enables small quantity batch production by printing designed unit cloth shapes on transfer sheet and heat transfer printing the transfer sheet on grey fabric base sheet, and an umbrella base sheet manufactured by the method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of umbrella using heat transfer comprises a step of preparing the grey fabric base sheet in the roll state by performing water repelling and water proofing treatment on grey fabric base sheet(100) of umbrella formed of polyester or mixture of cotton, nylon and polyester; a step of printing the computer designed figures on transfer sheet(200) after designing the figures so that colors, characters, patterns and signs are formed per each of the figures(101) as alternately arranging in a zigzag form flabellate figures(101) on an outer wall part of which outline(102), sewing line(103) and cutting line(104) are spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; a step of heating the transfer sheet so that patterns printed on the transfer sheet are transferred to the grey fabric base sheet(100) after closely adhering the printed transfer sheet(200) to the grey fabric base sheet(100); a step of cutting unit cloths(105) respectively by individually cutting out the respective figures(101) transferred to be printed along the cutting line(104) of the figures(101); a step of sewing the unit cloths along the sewing line(103) with the respective unit cloths(105) being faced each other; and a step of assembling umbrella spokes into the sewn umbrella cover.
