PURPOSE: A mask cap for a secret phone call of a mobile phone is provided to transmit a clear voice without bother other people in the case that a user of a mobile phone cannot answer a phone call in a conference or public place. CONSTITUTION: A mouthpiece(2) made of an elastic material is provided to be brought in touch with a mouth. An inserted piece(3) made of the elastic material is fixed at a microphone unit forming an ear phone, so that a mask cap(1) is fixed at the microphone unit. A fixing body(4) is formed between the mouthpiece(2) and the inserted piece(3). The user fixes the mouthpiece(2) at the microphone unit and brings the mouth in touch with the mouthpiece(2).
