<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baked pudding with a not watery feeling by using a resin container composed of PET resin with reduced heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method reduces the content of a water containing layer by composing a foamed pudding mix and a pudding mix with a same component and pouring the foamed pudding mix at first and then pouring the pudding mix. And coats an easily scorching composition on the foamed pudding mix. A rotary gas burner directly scorches the pudding mix by covering edge of the PET resin container with a heat insulating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
