PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a panel by which even the panel with patterns on both sides is easily manufactured without causing a pore. SOLUTION: In the panel forming device 1, a formwork 2 is formed by constituting two sheets of rectangular templates 21a, 21b oppositely arranged so that mold clamping is performed by both an end frame 23 surrounding three sides and a side frame 22 in a state in which the side frame part of a remaining side is opened. The formwork 2 is made turnable around the side frame 22 and the templates 21a, 21b are fixed in a standing state and a tilting state so as to stand or tilt the templates 21a, 21b. Further, cement material 6 is poured to the clamped formwork 2 at amount of the degree unoverflowed in the tilting state and thereafter vibration is given to the formwork 2 in the tilting state. Bubbles stuck on the surfaces of the templates 21a, 21b are deaerated by this vibration and the formwork 2 is made to the standing state and cement material 6 is replenished to a forming level and cured. |
