Method for planning tasks in two passes, whereby in a first pass filtering (F2-F4) is applied that removes all but active tasks with an execution date-time less than or equal to the next available time slot. If, at the end of this first pass, no tasks remain, a second filtering pass is applied in which further filters (F5-F7) are applied with an execution date time that is inferior to the first execution date-time.
