Device for volume dosing of a variable amount of liquid or paste comprises a container (2) with a narrow intermediate zone (7) between a filling connector and a storage capacity (3). The narrow zone delimits the filling zone and deforms when the wall of the container is compressed in order to deliver a measured amount of product. Compression of the container by a user in order to dispense product causes immediate closure of the filling orifice by contraction of the narrow zone, while product is forced through the emptying orifice (5).
