PURPOSE: A handy skin massager is provided to enable a user to use a massaging device at any time with convenience owing to increased portability, small in size and lightness in weight, to promote blood circulation of the skin by stimulating mobilization of the skin tissue using low frequencies, to soften the skin tissue by improving the texture of the skin and to improve the look and appearance of the skin by increasing the therapeutic effect of the problematic, impaired skin. CONSTITUTION: The handy skin massager comprises: a grip(30) formed by tightly coupling a front cover(10) and a rear cover(20), and having a low frequency generator; a low frequency controller(60) having a power button(61) for allowing low frequency pulses to be applied to positive and negative conductor plates to induce a current flow; a frequency adjusting button(62) and a light emitting diode(63); a head(31) formed at an obtuse angle from the grip(30); and a plurality of electrodes connected to the conductor plates, for generating a low frequency current when they are brought into contact with the skin.
