PURPOSE: A system for offering the goods information using the Internet and an operating method thereof are provided to enhance the sale of a business system by satisfying a buyer's desire to know the buying goods, and inducing the customer to buy the goods. CONSTITUTION: A storing part(130) stores a document management database(132), a buying specification database(133), and a goods related document management database(134). A document processor(120) includes a buying specification registering module(123), a document information providing module(124), and a reading royalty monitoring module(125). The buying specification registering module(123) selects keywords of the bought goods by receiving the buying information of each buyer, and extracts and registers the buying specification information of each buyer to the buying specification management database. The document information providing module(124) offers the summarized information of the searched document to the buyer. The reading royalty monitoring module(125) monitors the reading royalty of the document related to each goods.
